Your ticket can only be scanned once for each evening it’s valid. There is no re-entry once you’re in the event site.
Over 14 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over (1 adult minimum per 2 children).
In the event of bad weather, it will be at the Captain's discretion on if the sail will take place.
If the sail is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded.
We operate a predominantly cashless site, and card is accepted at every point of sale.
With the exception of assistance dogs, no animals are permitted at the event.

The Quayside Concerts are being held at Peterson Seabase, Regent Quay, Aberdeen.

We discourage people from bringing bags to the event. However, small bags – less than A3 in size, are permitted. These will be subject to a search on entry.
No, these are standing concerts.

We recognise that in order for some of our customers to be able to access and enjoy the events, they may require support from a companion or personal assistant.
We offer one companion ticket, free of charge, to provide the support you need and additional assistance in the event of an emergency evacuation. Companion tickets are provided on the expectation that they are willing and able to assist you throughout your visit and in the event of an evacuation they are your main point of assistance.

A raised viewing platform is available for wheelchair users and those with restricted mobility. The accessible viewing platform is bookable on a first come first serve basis

Only the approved customer and their essential companion will have access to the raised accessible platform in order to accommodate as many customers as possible.
Accessible toilet facilities will also be available.

As per terms & conditions agreed when purchasing your tickets, tickets are non-refundable. This is applicable to all ticket-holders. These are industry standard terms for concert and festival tickets.
