With just over 20 days to go until the highly anticipated Tall Ships Races Aberdeen, a new behind-the-scenes podcast, Tall Ships Aberdeen: Dockside Diaries, has officially launched today.
Hosted by Pete McIntosh, well-known voice of Original 106 and podcast producer at Mearns & Gill, alongside Sara Milne, Communications Advisor at Port of Aberdeen, the series offers listeners an exclusive look at the people and planning powering the city’s transformation into a world-class maritime festival.
Designed as a short-run series, Dockside Diaries dives into the heart of the event, revealing the stories, strategies, and spirit behind bringing the international Tall Ships fleet to Aberdeen.
Pete McIntosh, podcast host and producer, said: “Dockside Diaries gives listeners an insider’s pass to what goes into creating an event of this scale, and offers a few laughs along the way.”
