Blue badge parking and a free accessible shuttle bus are on offer during the event
Blue badge parking
Accessible on street parking will be available at Waterloo Quay, Wellington Street and Clarence Street, as well as an accessible shuttle services from Aberdeen Football Club, with shuttle services operating up to every 20 minutes.
Blue badges must be on display to gain access.
Accessible parking tickets will be available online in advance of the event. It is recommended that tickets are secured in advance as spaces may be full if arriving on the day.
Accessible Park & Ride - TS6
A free accessible shuttle bus service will operate between Pittodrie Stadium Golf Road Car Park and Tall Ships Event, in both an inbound and outbound direction for the Tall Ships Races.
Blue badges must be on display to gain access.
Accessible parking tickets will be available online in advance of the event. It is recommended that tickets are secured in advance as spaces may be full if arriving on the day.
Accessible Event Site Shuttle
A free event site shuttle bus will also operate, up to every 20 minutes, to provide access across the Tall Ships event spaces between 10.00am and 9.00pm.
This will primarily be for those with reduced mobility.
This will be a circular service operating from Union Terrace servicing stops to access Blaikies Quay; Upper Quay, Trinity Quay and Regent Quay; Waterloo Quay and Petersons Yard; King Street Funfair and Castlegate Discovery Zone and Union Terrace Military Village.
